Internal control for the 2020-2021 academic year
 Internal control is a comprehensive analysis of educational activities carried out by authorized persons of an educational institution in order to diagnose the state of educational and educational processes, as well as the main results of the activities of the structural divisions of the college.
 
Internal control objectives:
checking the compliance of education with educational standards in specialties;
improving the activities of the structural divisions of the college;
improving the quality of the educational process by enhancing the implementation of new technologies and forms of education;
improving student achievement and class attendance;
improving the comprehensive educational and methodological support of academic disciplines (subjects);
compliance with legislation in the field of education;
implementation of the principles of state policy in the field of education;
execution of normative legal acts regulating the activities of an educational institution;
protection of the rights and freedoms of participants in the educational process;
analysis and forecasting of trends in the development of the educational process;
improving the professional culture of teaching staff, corporate ethics of teachers;
improving the skills of teachers, masters of industrial training and strengthening the human resources of the educational institution.
 
Internal control tasks:
collection and processing of information about the state of the educational process of the college;
providing feedback on the implementation of all management decisions;
studying the experience of teachers;
providing methodological assistance to teachers of the college in teaching and educational work;
periodic verification of compliance with the requirements of educational standards, standard and curriculum for academic disciplines (subjects);
systematic quality control of teaching academic disciplines (subjects), compliance by teachers with scientifically grounded requirements for the content, forms and methods of teaching and educational work;
step-by-step control of the process of assimilation of knowledge by students, the level of their development, mastery of methods of independent acquisition of knowledge;
constant verification of the implementation of all work plans of the structural divisions of the college and the management decisions taken.
 
Organization of internal control
 
Internal control is carried out:
the director of the college;
deputy directors;
heads of departments;
Methodists;
the chairmen of the Central Committee;
members of the internal control commission.
 
Internal control functions:
information and analytical;
control and diagnostic;
corrective and regulatory.
 
Internal control can take the form of:
scheduled inspections - in accordance with the approved schedule, which ensures periodicity and excludes irrational duplication in the organization of inspections and is communicated to the members of the teaching staff before the beginning of the school year;
operational checks - in order to establish facts and verify information about violations specified in the applications of students and their parents, organizations and the settlement of conflict situations in relations between participants in the educational process;
monitoring - collection, system accounting, processing and analysis of information on the organization and results of the educational process for the effective solution of problems of education quality management;
administrative work - by the director of the college in order to check the success of training in the framework of the monitoring of progress and intermediate certification of students.
To summarize the results of the control, the following forms are used:
meetings of the pedagogical council;
administrative meetings (under the director, deputy director);
meetings of the methodological council;
meetings of cyclic commissions;
analytical report, service note;
college director's order.
 
Types of control, symbols:
TC - thematic control (one line of activity);
QC - integrated control (several areas of activity);
FC - frontal control (a comprehensive study of the activities of the college);
PC - personal control (takes place, both in the thematic and in the frontal form of control) is aimed at examining the professional competence of teachers and employees, an objective assessment of the level of the results of their professional activities;
CC - Cycle Commission;
KTP - calendar-thematic plan;
PTP - roughly thematic plan.
